It did rain!! The caterers asked me threee times if I wanted to move things indoors, but this whole week it would rain for 10min then stop, so I said I think it will pass. On the day it rained and stopped at least 3 times from 3-5pm. I was on edge, but at 5:30 when I came out, it had stopped for the last time, and the sun came out. It turned out perfectly. Good lord, I was nervous but people told me I didn't seemed stressed at all and I was a calm bride, the most laidback they dealt with! I was like: REALLY?! I guess I just wasn't *voicing* the concerns! Other than the rain (and other minor disasters that were averted before I found out anything, so I was blissfully unaware), I was happy with the day. :)
Marg - it turned out great. Despite some minor issues that magically got solved by sheer luck (rain that went away, shuttle picking up people 40 min late, but because we gave them an extra 30 min to get there, they only arrived 10 min late so it didn't matter), things turned out perfect. PERFECT! I couldn't be happier about it. :) And - best thing - I'm married and it's over!
